Investment in Kern AI

Kern AI has closed a €2.7M seed round, co-lead by Faber and Seedcamp, that will help the continued growth of their platform and solutions, allowing them to keep empowering the data-centric developer community and driving innovation in the NLP space.

Faber Entrepreneurship Program 2023 Launch

Faber has created, in partnership with Técnico Lisboa, an entrepreneurship program for MSc and PhD students, which will start in March 2023. This program will focus on giving students the chance to learn the principles of entrepreneurship and how to turn innovative ideas into successful businesses. Applications will be open until January 31st 2023.

Investment in 1S1 Energy

1S1 Energy has just raised a $2,15 million seed round led by Faber and CSN Inova to accelerate their green hydrogen project in Portugal. 1S1 Energy’s unique solution will speed up the use and production of green hydrogen, which is key to decarbonising, among others, the shipping industry.

Smartex has just closed its oversubscribed €24,7 million series A round, that will enable Smartex to expand the business to new geographies and to continue to grow the team - taking on more step towards sustainable and transparent textile manufacturing.
